The G20 Function in Toronto

The recent CBC / Passionate Eye account of the G 20 function in Toronto has certainly raised eyebrows across the planet with Twitter alive with comments and concerns. Notwithstanding the evidence presented to you in this documentary, attempt to reach conclusions and interpret the evidence as fairly as possible. Please consider the material you have seen in class or youtube the video material so as to view again and draw conclusions and offer suggestions as to how the law was and should be upheld. Please attempt to refer to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms in this regard.
